Marlin + Joni... Marlin is 3rd generation farmer, he took over the farm after his dad as boss and retired in 2005. Joni handled all the books (and Marlin) and retired in 2008. Their retired life has been all about their great-grandkids. We sadly lost Marlin early this year and the farm isn't the same without him.
Susan + Steve... Susan was born into this! She has lived her whole life here on the farm, she met her husband here, and raised 3 kids here. She still is working hard! Steve moved to Oregon for the view after college, ended up working for the dairy, and married the Farmers daughter! He just retired as Organic Valleys board president and is enjoying his retirement...working on the farm!!
Kevin... First of the 5th generation of farmers. Kevin is the head of the farm and keeps the wheels rolling, even when they've fallen off the tractor. He is a true farmer who's passion is shown in all our "happy cows". And ladies... he's single ;)
Ryan... The next in line who has the greatest wife ever!!! (me). Ryan is the do it all guy here on the farm, and if he can't do it... we are all screwed!! We got married in 2022 and had our first baby this year!
Sara... The baby of the family who ironically handles the babies on the farm! Sara got married in 2019 to her Highschool Sweetheart, a generational hop farmer from down the road! They have 2 boys who started the 6th generation of farmers!
The 6th Generation!! Nolan is 1.5 years old and is as crazy as he is cute. Ben is 3.5 and already knows the name and function of every kind of tractor. Sutton is 3 months old and her job is being cute and rocking her mohawk.
